A four-time Olympian, Athens 2004 Olympic Gold Medalist, three-time World Champion, and four-time Commonwealth Games Champion, Schoeman broke numerous world records throughout a career defined by explosive speed and big-stage dominance.

Off the pool deck, Schoeman is an avid, top-class athlete who is deeply passionate about golf. Currently playing off a 9 handicap, his relentless pursuit of athletic perfection translates directly onto the course.

Known for his infectious personality, top-tier charisma, and fierce competitive drive, Schoeman brings unmatched energy to the host nation’s squad. His addition gives captain Ernie Els another proven elite winner who thrives under pressure on the global stage.
