SUNDAY MORNING GREENSOMES PAIRINGS REVEALED

The battle for the Icons Trophy enters its final day at Robinswood Golf Club with everything to play for. After a dramatic opening Saturday that saw Team England emerge with a thin 8½ – 7½ lead, captains Danny Willett and Thomas Bjørn have revealed their tactical pairings for the high-stakes Sunday morning Greensomes (Session 3).

With just one point separating the sides, the alternate shot format will again test the chemistry of football’s biggest names. High-profile matchups include Paul Ince and Robbie Fowler looking to repeat their Saturday morning success against the legendary Team World duo of Gianfranco Zola and John Arne Riise.

In a clash of the titans, John Terry and Teddy Sheringham will be back against the formidable Team World pairing of Gareth Bale and Gabriel Batistuta.
