Gibbs

Herschelle Gibbs is one of South Africa’s most exciting and naturally gifted cricketers. An explosive batter and outstanding fielder, he represented the Proteas across all three formats and produced some of the most memorable performances in the country’s cricketing history. His remarkable 175 helped South Africa complete a world-record run chase against Australia in 2006, while he became the first player to hit six sixes in an over in international cricket at the 2007 World Cup. Equally talented on the golf course, Gibbs plays off an impressive handicap of 2.
