The answers to all of your frequently asked questions are laid out below. So all that is left to do is enjoy every moment. Take in all the action and enjoy the experience.
What Time Should I arrive?
Gates open at 7.00am both days. However, we encourage you to GET HERE EARLY.
For those of you seated in the 1st Tee Grandstand at the start of each session, we have some FLASH SIGNED MERCH GIVEAWAYS for you. So make sure you are in the grandstand in advance of the first tee shots to stand a chance of winning.

Digital Fan Guide

Travel

Travel to and from the event is not included as part of your ticket. Adequate car parking is provided on site and will be clearly sign posted upon your arrival at Reignwood Park.
Shuttles
Upon arrival at Reignwood Park, a shuttle service is available for all guests to be taken to the golf course and facilities.
- General Admission & Hospitality ticket holders will be shuttled from the ticket entrance to:
- The Drop off point next to the The Academy/Driving Range
- ICONS Club ticket holders will be shuttled to the clubhouse entrance
Taxis - 30% Discount with BOLT & Priority Rides
Icons Series has renewed their partnership with Bolt for 2026, to provide you with an effective way to travel and offer you a priority service. All ticket holders can enjoy a 30% discount on BOLT rides to and from Reignwood Park, simply search for “Icons Series’ in app, book a ride to or from the event and your discount will be automatically applied.
Pre-booking rides between the following times for either day will also guarantee your ride and provide you with Priority Service. Please note, this is for Bolt pre-bookings only:
- Saturday 31 January
- Morning - 6am to 7:15am
- Evening - 5pm onwards
- Sunday 1 February
- Morning - 6am to 7:15am

Bolt rides pick up and drop off areas are at Silverskin Cafe, located near the entrance to Reignwood Park and more importantly, right next to the main entrance to the tournament.
Fan Zone
The Fan Zone is located between the driving range and the Icons 3rd tee. There are numerous food and beverage outlets, children’s activities, restroom facilities, shaded seating, music and entertainment and much more.
EA FC Online are running a full schedule of exciting events alongside the main tournament. Make sure to check out their activation in the fan village to play their games for the chance to win some great prizes, such as exclusive EA FC Online merchandise, in-game rewards, and even the chance to meet the legends.
CH3 Perfomance Academy - Crazy Putting Challenge
CH3 will be running its crazy putting challenge on the practice putting green opposite the rear of The Clubhouse. Join in the fun by navigating the 5 hole course and special prizes - including free golf lessons - will be awarded to ‘Best Male’, Best Female’ and Best u15’. Claude Harmon III will also be dropping by from time to time, to check your putting stroke and to meet you in person.
Food & Beverage
There are multiple food and beverage outlets across the premises for both hospitality and general admission guests.
Hospitality guests will also have access to an exclusive hospitality seating area and drinks garden on the 10th Green, where beverages and light bites will be served. Also to the hospitality area of the clubhouse terrace where there will be a food and beverage service.
ICONS Club ticket holders are able to access the exclusive platinum level food and beverages inside the Clubhouse and on the 10th Green within the Crystal Pavilion.
Dress Code
General Admission & Hospitality dress code
- Football kits are allowed, but only if they are being worn. Please do not bring extra items to be signed as these are strictly prohibited.
ICONS Club dress code
- Smart Casual, Golf/Tailored shorts are acceptable. No flip flops, no tank tops.
Access
All Ticket Holders
- All guests have access to the 1st tee grandstand / cauldron & on course shaded areas
- All guests have access to view the driving range and practise facilities
- All guests have access to the fan zone, family zones, food and beverage areas and multiple shaded areas across the course
- There is 1 official autograph area for GA ticket holders, located to the north of the driving range. This area will have moments where the Icons pass by for autograph opportunities, however this is not guaranteed
Hospitality Ticket Holders
- As above, but in addition:
- Access to a reserved section of seats at the 1st tee grandstand, on a first come, first served basis
- Exclusive access to the Hospitality seating area and garden on the 10th Green, including complimentary light bites and beverages (excluding champagne)
- Exclusive access to the hospitality terrace area, located to the rear of the Clubhouse, where complimentary dining and beverages (excluding champagne) will be served
- Official Hospitality autograph area just outside the rear of the clubhouse next to the dining entrance. This area will have moments where the Icons pass by for autograph opportunities, however this is not guaranteed
ICONS Club Only - Exclusive Access
- As above, but in addition:
- ICONS Club ticket holders have exclusive access to the Robinswood GC Clubhouse
- Exclusive Access to the ICONS CLub Crystal Pavillion on the 10th Green, including complimentary food and beverages
- Complimentary, platinum level food and beverages at The Championship Restaurant inside the Clubhouse
- Access to the ICONS Club area at the 1st Tee Grandstand

1st Tee Grandstand / Cauldron
Grandstand access and seating is available for all ticket holders on a first come first served basis. Our grandstand is located on the Icons 1st Hole, next to the driving range. The Grandstand has ample shading. Complimentary water will be available to those sitting in the Grandstand
Flash Signed Merchandise Giveaways
There will be a number of flash signed merchandise giveaways, which are exclusive to customers sitting in the Grandstand for the start of each session. To stand a chance of winning an item, you must be seated in the Grandstand before each session starts and remain in your seat until all of the groups have started their rounds. We will then pick lucky winners at random from the crowd.
Prohibited Items
- Please do not bring additional items, such as multiple football shirts with you with the intention of getting these signed by the Icons. These items are strictly prohibited. A maximum of 2 items per person is allowed.
Wifi / Mobile phones / Cameras
- Wifi is available onsite for all guests
- Mobile phones and cameras are permitted. However we ask that you are respectful to the Icons and other guests, by keeping phones on silent and respecting the Icons when they are playing shots
Water
- Water is available to purchase from various outlets around the site.
First Aid / Medical
- First Aid, Police and Security facilities are located opposite the CH3 academy and within the clubhouse. Should you have an emergency that is a long distance away from these two hubs, please contact the closest member of event staff to call for immediate help.

Scoring Explained
Reignwood Icons of Football is a Team Matchplay golf event. Played by two teams:
Team England vs Team World. Each team has 12 Icons playing for them. And 1 non-playing captain.
- All matches will be played over 10 holes using a Ryder Cup–style match play format
- On each hole, the team with the lowest net score wins the hole and is 1 Up in the match
- If both teams record the same score, the hole is halved and the match score remains unchanged
- Each match is worth one point at its conclusion, with ½ point awarded to each team for a tied match
Scoring Variations: Double Points Holes (6th, 9th & 10th)
The following holes are worth double-points, within each match:
6th Hole - Team World Home Hole
- If Team England win the 6th as the away team, they win two holes (double)
9th Hole - Team England Home Hole
- If Team World wins the 9th as the away team, they win two holes (double).
10th Hole – Final Hole
- A win on the 10th hole is worth double for both teams.
Match Points
- The winner of each match is awarded 1 Match Point towards the overall team score.
- If a match is won by 4 Up or more, the winning team receive a Bonus Match Point.
- A maximum of 2 Match Points may be won in each match.
Shot of the Day – 1 Match Point
- Viewers at home will choose from 4 of the best shots from within each of the two sessions on Day 1.
- The player whose shot is selected by the viewers at the close of Day 1, as their favourite shot, will win an extra point for their team.
- This point will be added to the overall team score, before session 3 starts on Sunday morning.
Playing Formats
Session 1 - Fourballs
In this session, our Icons play in pairs against two Icons from the opposition team. Each Icon plays their own ball. Hence the name ‘fourballs’, as there are four balls in play on each hole. The player that takes the fewest shots on a hole wins the hole.
Session 2 & 3 - Alternate Shot with Select Drive
Also known as ‘greensomes’, our Icons again play in pairs against two Icons from the opposition team. However, in this format, each pair only uses one golf ball between them—except off the tee, where they both hit a ball. They then choose which ball to play the rest of the hole, taking alternate shots until the ball is in the hole.
Whichever pair takes the fewest shots on each hole wins that hole.
Session 4 - Singles
This is exactly as it sounds. One Icon from each team will play an Icon from the opposing team in matchplay golf. The same overall scoring principles apply as in the previous sessions.
Call the Captain
Only available once per session. Each team can ‘Call the captain’ to hit one shot for them - who just happen to be world class professional golfers Danny Willett and Thomas Bjorn. Use them wisely!
